Tip of the Month - How to Reset a Student's Password

On hearing we would feature prominently in Vivo’s new monthly newsletters, we were pretty excited. But not surprised - the Customer Success Team are a pretty big deal here at Vivo HQ!

In all seriousness, it’s hugely important to us at Vivo that there is an on-going conversation with our users. This is a key part of our role as members of the Customer Success Team: to listen, learn and share our knowledge. Together, we can make Vivo as beneficial for schools as possible, and really make a big difference to students’ lives.

Tip of the Month - How to reset a student’s password?

We receive quite a lot of calls from teachers about how to reset their students’ passwords. We understand that students forget or lose their passwords on a fairly regular basis.

Here’s what you have to do. Go to User Search on your homepage and type in the student’s name. Next, you have to select Reset Password. Enter a new password and then pass this on to the student. You can even choose to email the new password directly to the student if you have their email address. That’s all there is to it.
