How do we mark the School as dispatched?

On your admin dashboard, if you scroll down to outstanding V orders, there is a select button and then a big green button that states "Dispatched"

Tick the check box and press the "Dispatched" button. 

It will ask you if you are sure you want the order to be dispatched. Click ok and it will update for you. 

 

Please note: We cannot reimburse for items that has not been set to dispatched. 

 

Mark as received is a feature to allow you to keep your own record.  

If you go to Shop, >>Manage orders>> There is a tick box category "received" on the right of each order. 

 

Tick the box and then press received.
