IT - Groupcall setup Xporter

This guide walks through the process of installing, configuring and running the Groupcall Xporter application that automatically synchronises school data found in SIMS to the Vivo miles system. First, create (or use existing) SIMS account and give them the following user rights. Failure to do so will result in incorrect information being uploaded to Vivo.

4) Personnel Assistant Next, please download and install the below onto your SIMS Server only. The download link for the application is as follows: http://www.groupcall.co.uk/clients/Vivo/Vivo_GroupcallXporter4_Setup.exe Installation steps:

Step 1 a) Run Vivo_GroupcallXporter4_Setup.exe b) Click Next>

Step 2 a) Enter your Vivo OrgID b) Enter your Vivo ImportKey c) Enter your Vivo Username d) Enter your Vivo Password e) Click Next> All above details will be provided in your welcome email. Step 7 a) Click Install>

Step 9 This should pre-populate, however, if they do not, then please: a) Enter your LA code b) Enter your Establishment code c) Enter your School name d) Click Next> Step

10 a) Click Next> You should receive this message in green.
