How do I reset my password? The system does not recognize my mobile number or e-mail.

Don't Panic!

The Vivo Administrator at your school is able to manually reset your password for you if all else fails. We have to put this security measure in place because of the monetary value inside your school's Vivo account. We are updating this soon with new security settings. Keep an eye out!
